Thank you for contacting us. I don't understand what you're saying here. You should not lose access to your data in mSecure even if you don't purchase a license. Can you explain what you mean when you say you cannot use any of your passwords to log in to various sites? Are you saying you unable to open the app now, and if so, what happens when you open mSecure and enter your password to unlock the app?
