Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. Can you let me know what version of mSecure you are trying to use? You could be trying to use either mSecure 4 or mSecure 5. The apps are two separate versions and work differently. Additionally, where are you trying to open the app from? The home screen or using the App Store?
I got a new phone and when I try to open the app it gives me the message: Unable to install"mSecure Password Manager" this app could not be installed.
