Login Failure on new iPad

I recently purchased a new iPad and when I attempt to login on the mSecure app it says it's incorrect. I still have my old iPad in my posession and am able to log into the app on it just fine.

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Which version of mSecure are you trying to use here? What version do you have on your old iPad? mSecure 5 is the first and only version of mSecure to use an account system. The older versions had you create a device specific login password not tied to anything. If you are trying to use mSecure 5 and you haven't used mSecure 5 in the past, please create an mSecure account in order to get started.
