On my ipad I deleted the app because it was not syncing. I have MSecure on my phone and mac and both work fine.

I attempted to reinstall on my ipad. I downloaded it from the app store. The app requires me to use the QR code. After using my mac to send a new QR code which I scanned into photos (this extra step is too complicated and not easy to do). When I try to install on the ipad I get an invalid Q code error. There must be a way to install other than this cumbersome and unworkable Q code system which requires a scan with the camera. I have zero interest in doing a reinstall and rebuild on all my devices. 

When I scan the qr code on either my mac or iphone from my account in MSecure I get a red box around the code that says invalid qr code.  The same thing happens if I email the qr code from both my phone and mac and then import the qr code into photos .  So something in the QR code that is sent by my mac and iphone is deemed improper on the install system. There must be some way to install on my ipad without requiring a picture of the qr code.
