Subscription issues

I just renewed my subscription Now, all of my apps say my subscription has expired. I reinstalled the one on my iPhone and no luck. I confirmed the email address set into the apps is the same as the renewal address. I’ve established multiple tickets and emails to support with no response. All of my data is in the cloud and I can’t access it. My iOS app version is 6.1.14. Everything was working perfect until a week ago. Requesting immediate assistance.
