Thank you for contacting us. I checked your subscription in our system, and it looks like you purchased it through the iOS App Store. This means that any changes you want to make to the subscription needs to be done through the App Store, since all payments are paid to that store.
Do you know if you have already updated the credit card you used for the App Store on your iOS device? If you have, that will be the credit card use for your subscription renewal.
