Family members not receiving invite

Recently upgraded to family subscription. Attempted to add 2 family members, neither are Receiving emails containing a invite.

Thank you for contacting us. I can see on your account that the two email addresses you invited have been added to your subscription, so that did work correctly. At this time, mSecure does not send emails to the users that will be covered by a Family Subscription. That is an enhancement we plan to add in the future, but for now, when a person doesn't have an mSecure account and they are added to a Family Subscription, you just need to notify them they should download mSecure and create an account with the email address you added. When they do that, their account will automatically be covered by your license, and they'll have access to all features in mSecure.
