Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry to hear about your phone. I checked your account, and it's showing you've had the account since September of 2022, but it's showing you don't have a paid account. Since it's a free account, that means the data wasn't being synced to the mSecure Cloud.
Do you know if you were using an older version of mSecure on your old phone, or are you sure you were using mSecure 6, the latest version of the app?

I have logged in on my iPad to my account to get all my passwords as my phone is in the river. When logged there is none of my passwords. How do I get them back?
