Affinché le informazioni memorizzate in mSecure siano il più sicure possibile, mSeven Software non acquisisce la password del cliente o le informazioni memorizzate nel suo account mSecure, quindi non c'è modo per noi di recuperare nessuno di questi elementi. Inoltre, per evitare che le informazioni del cliente siano accessibili senza il suo permesso, non è possibile bypassare o modificare la password di un account quando mSecure non accetta la password immessa dall'utente. Mi dispiace davvero di non avere notizie migliori. 

Avete qualche idea su quale potrebbe essere la password? In caso affermativo, una cosa che ha aiutato alcuni clienti in questa situazione è provare a sostituire le lettere per i tentativi di password. Qualunque sia la password, è possibile che abbiate utilizzato sostituzioni di numeri e/o caratteri speciali, come ad esempio $ per S o 3 per E. Speriamo che questo vi aiuti a trovare la combinazione di caratteri corretta per la vostra password.

Un'ultima cosa: per caso avete accesso a mSecure su un dispositivo che utilizza lo sblocco biometrico come Touch o Face ID?

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is not a lot we can do in these situations. In order for the information stored in mSecure to be as secure as possible, mSeven Software doesn't acquire our customer's password or the information stored in their mSecure account, so there is no way for us to retrieve either of those items. Also, in order to keep your information from being accessed without your permission, it is not possible to bypass or change an account's password when mSecure is not accepting the password the user is entering. I'm really sorry I don't have better news here. 

Do you have any ideas as to what the password could be? If so, one thing that has helped some customers in this situation is trying some letter substitutions for the password attempts. Whatever the password may be, it's possible you used number and/or special character substitutions like typing $ for S or 3 for E. Hopefully this can aid you in finding the correct combination of characters for your password.

One last thing, do you happen to have access to mSecure on any device using biometric unlock like Touch or Face ID?
