Sync error

With the start of Version 6.1.3 (978) i'm getting sync errors.

Sync method: iCloud
MacOS: 13.3.1 (a) 


Also getting the same issue on iOS 16.5 running msecure 6.1.3 (978).

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. I'm not sure what could be causing this sync error, but we'll get it figured out. To start with, I'm going to have you simply reset the sync file to see if that will fix the problem. To do that, please follow these steps:


In order to delete the sync data in your iCloud account, follow these steps:


1. On your iPhone, open the "Files" app

2. Tap "iCloud Drive" under locations

3. Open the "mSecure" folder

4. Open the folder that's named with what looks to be 10 random characters

5. Delete the "data.mssb" file


After you do that, open a new Finder window on your Mac, then go to the same folder location in iCloud Drive to make sure the sync file was deleted on your Mac too. Once you see the "data.mssb" file was deleted from both devices, go ahead and open mSecure on either device and a new file will be created.


Did that have any effect on the problem?
