I can’t remember my MSecure 4 password

Hi Mary,

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing with your password. Are you still running mSecure 4 on at least one device? If so, what type of device is it? Also, when you open mSecure 4 now, are you able to get into the app using some type of biometric feature like Face or Touch ID?
