Syncing my mobile account with my pc app.

Why isn't my account syncing with my info on my phone.  My laptop is Windows and my phone is iPhone13.

Thank you for contacting us. You should have no problems syncing your data between your PC and your iPhone as long as you're signed in to the same mSecure account. Can you let me know why you think your data isn't syncing? Are you seeing more records on your PC than on your iPhone, or is something else going wrong? If you are seeing and error message, what does it tell you?

I wasn't seeing any record in my account on my computer. Only in my mobile device. However, I purchased the premium and now everything is synced. Thanks for getting back to me.
