I just upgraded to Samsung s22 SM s901w and when I setup msecure none of my numbers transferred to new phone so is this not possible?
Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what you mean here when you say that none of your numbers transferred to your new phone. Are you saying you stored numbers in some way in mSecure? If you are talking about mSecure, you should have no problems moving over to another device. As long as you were using mSecure 6 on the previous phone, you should now simply sign in to your account, and if you had a licensed account and syncing was turned on, then your data should sync into mSecure on the new phone.
