Msecure 6 on PC

I am trying to have Msecure 6 on my PC. I have it on my phone, which I purchased. When I go to your site and log in it takes my option to upgrade to "Premium". It does not allow me to log in and use site. It won't even allow me to use my secure key to validate account. What do I do?

I'm not sure what you mean here. On our website, you can only sign in to your account, but there is no functionality on the site. What are you trying to do on our website? You should simply see that you have an Essentials account because you have a v5 Pro license. Beyond that, you have to use mSecure on your PC and other devices to enter and view your information.
