restored msecure4 to msecure5, but Lost all attachments

Hi

I restored older version 4 to Msecure 5 on my iPhone , however I lost ALL attachment saved in Msecure4 which are very important for me

Can you please help

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing with your attachments. Every now and again, we run into this issue, but we're not sure yet what causes it to happen. However, if you still have access to your data in mSecure 4, we should be able to retrieve the attachments.


Do you still have access to your information in mSecure 4 Laura? If so, can you let me know if you have added more information to mSecure 5 since you transferred your information over from the old app?
