Paid the upgrade but not working


I upgraded and paid a couple of days ago on my IMac but the only thing that happened is that the money disappeared on my bank account but nothing else. It still keeps on telling me that I have the free account and I need to upgrade to sync for instance. I didn't get a confirmation email. The only email I got is the invoice from Apple. I have already contacted Apple and they checked and confirmed that everything looks fine from their side.

Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what happened here, but I can fix it. Can you attach the receipt that you received for the purchase and also the email you use for your mSecure account? After I have those, I will add a license to the account for you.
