Thank you for contacting us. The sync settings are retrieved the device's OS, so there is no way to edit them from inside mSecure. When you say the Wi-Fi network is wrong, what do you mean?
I need help syncing my MSecure to my iPad. I have the app on my IPhone currently.
mSecure should be syncing as long as you have one of the sync features set, and you are signed in to the same mSecure account. Before we do anything else, I'm going to have you check the username in mSecure on your devices:
For the iOS app:
1. Tap the menu icon in the top left of mSecure's main view
2. Tap Settings at the bottom of menu
3. Tap Account Settings
Which email address do you see next to the Username field in each of your mSecure apps?
The syncing settings in my android phone are incorrect. How do I edit them. The wifi network name is wrong.
