Thank you for contacting us. If your iPad and iPhone are signed in to the same iCloud account, you should be able to simply sign in to your account, and mSecure should authenticate automatically. Do you know if you are signed in to the same iCloud account on your various Apple devices? If you are, are you sure you are signing in to the correct mSecure account? You can find your account username by looking in mSecure's account settings on your iPad.
