Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  I'm not sure I understand your issue and you posted this issue under questions instead of issues for the different platforms. Are you experiencing this issue under Android, iOS, and(or) Windows? Are you unable to remove the duplicate groups? Did you recently migrate to mSecure 5?
