Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing. There is no "forgot my password" option in mSecure. My first recommendation would be to reinstall mSecure 5 on your computer to make sure there's no issue with the installation of mSecure 5 on your computer.

The mSecure app has crashed on my Windows 10 laptop. I need to log in again but the password is not working nor is there the ability to click on "forgot my password" or to log in using the Account key QR code
