I paid for the app and the current version is 4.5.4
Now I'm being asked to pay for version 5.
If this is not an error then I am in fact being asked to pay for upgrades which is what I thought I bought the first time.

I upgraded to 5.5. I set my MacBook Pro as main computer. I want to sync with my iPhone 7+ and iMac. All 3 are on same WiFi network. Sync works with Main computer & phone but not iMac. What should I do? Should I restore from a backup? I have backups with what seems to be all records but All Items on screen has 0 and most recent backup has 0 number of records in backup though previous ones had the correct number of records

I do have Version 5.5.2 on MacOS High Sierra: Can you tell me until when you plan to solve the crashing problem? I did not get any answers from you yet. Not being able to access my Passwords blocks my work heavily!

I'm not sure what you mean. mSecure 5.5.2 is the latest version of mSecure 5. If you received marketing emails but already have mSecure 5.5 or mSecure 5.5.2 and a paid license, please ignore the email.
There is no mSecure account for [email protected]. If you're using another account in mSecure 5, again, please ignore our marketing material.
