I'm not sure I understand your issue. Click on the Mac link above to go to the mSecure 5 page to download mSecure 5 from the Mac App Store or simply open the Mac App Store, search mSecure, and download mSecure 5.

I have an old version on msecure on my iphone.  I purchased a new MacBook.  I downloaded msecure 5.  Is there any compatibility between the two.  Msecure 5 will not accept my sign on and password I have with the msecure version I have on my iphone.  How will I get the information to sync?

If you haven't used mSecure 5 before or purchased an mSecure 5 license from our website, you'll have to create an account to get started with mSecure 5. mSecure 5 will not sync with the previous versions of mSecure. mSecure 5 will walk you through a migration process if you start the very first time with mSecure 5 on a device that has the previous versions. I'm not sure what you mean. mSecure 5.5.2 is the latest version of mSecure 5. If you received marketing emails but already have mSecure 5.5 or mSecure 5.5.2 and a paid license, please ignore the email.

I purchased v5.6.2 and it loaded onto my iMac and Macbook air.  When I downloaded this version for my iPhone at the app store and entered the same credentials I used to enter this account, I get a message that the app is good for 24 more days and that I can pay another 29.99 to get the full version.  since I used my user name and password exactly as I did here, why I am being told I have to buy another copy?

I am unable to get my MSecure Pro version 5.0 to sync with my Dropbox account which was my backup. I have tried "Sync now" several times to no avail and I have linked and unlinked to my Dropbox account several times to no avail. I cannot access any of my stored passwords, etc. on the Pro version.

I'm not sure I understand your issue here. There is no Pro version of mSecure or mSecure 5. There is mSecure 5 and the previous versions. mSecure 5 allows users to purchase a license for their accounts and have a Pro mSecure license or a Pro account. Additionally, mSecure 5 cannot sync with the previous versions of mSecure nor their sync files. Instead, you can restore from a backup file created in the previous versions. Note: You cannot sync your mSecure 5 information across different mSecure accounts at this time
