@mSecure Support, why is two-factor authentication for signing in to an mSecure account restricted to paid plans?
Two-factor authentication is a basic account security feature. It’s routinely provided free of charge by other online services, and I would expect a password manager, of all services, to make it available to every user.
In light of your recent security notice, it’s particularly frustrating to be asked to take steps to protect my data while one of the most basic ways to protect my mSecure account requires an upgrade.
Please make two-factor authentication for account sign-in available to every mSecure user, at no extra cost, with immediate effect. Can you confirm whether you intend to do this and, if so, when?
