Family plan not updated with renewal

We renewed our family subscription in April but our shared vault is not accessed on our other devices.

Same thing just happened to me. I have a receipt and everything.

I found that I, as Administrator, needed to go back into my settings and make sure our other devices were appropriately listed.  I made a correction on that and that opened up the other devices being able to access the shared vaults.  I did not get much help from MSecure on this matter other than they said they were working on fixing a glitch.  Wish they would provide a phone number for assistance.

same thing happened to me!  it told me i needed to upgrade to premium, which i did, and now the family plan is inaccessible!
