Subscription Update Not Showing Up in My iOS or MacOS Apps

I just updated my subscription in February (1 yr premium). Now, all of my apps say my subscription has expired. I reinstalled the one on my iPhone and no luck. I confirmed the email address set into the apps is the same as the renewal address. I’ve established multiple tickets and emails to support with no response. All of my data is in the cloud and I can’t access it. MSecure needs to get away from bot support - totally worthless. My iOS app version is 6.1.14. I believe the issue is on mSecure’s end as everything was working perfect until a week ago. Requesting immediate assistance.
