Hello, I’m reaching out for assistance with restoring my data in the mSecure app. I’m currently using the latest version and attempting to restore or merge data from mSecure 4. However, every time I try to restore, I’m prompted to enter a password. The system keeps saying the password is invalid. I’m certain I’m using the correct password for my current mSecure account, which makes me believe the app may be requesting the old password used in mSecure 4—unfortunately, I no longer have that password. Could you please assist with restoring or merging my data from mSecure 4? I need access to the information stored there and cannot proceed without support.
