Cannot access my account on my iphone nor laptop

I have an iphone 14Pro which is on iOS Version 18.4.1.  I suddenly cannot access the account on the app.  Once I click on the app it opens up for password then immediately closes.  I've only ever used mSupport on in the app in the past.  Now I've tried to access it on my laptop and it's saying that I have an invalid username/password.
