Upgrade access

New phone will not access msecure.   Old one does . Help?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for contacting us. I checked your mSecure account, the one using the same email address you're using here in the forum, and it has not been in use since it was created back in 2019. This means one of two things: 1) You are using an older version of mSecure on your old phone; 2) You are signed in to a different account in mSecure 6 on the new phone.

Real quick, can you let me know the color of the mSecure App Icon on the old phone? Is it a bright blue color, or is it a very dark blue color? And please check the icon on your new phone as well. Is it a very dark blue color?
