mSecure has lost all data on phones and will not sync or restore from any PC or file

 Both my Android phones (same kind and version) have lost the entire database of Items and will not sync with my PC or restore (says it failed and gives me a frowny face - very informative...) from any file... Was informed that there was a fix on the way 14 days ago...
