Also, in a different post, which I have deleted to keep all our correspondence here in this one thread, you asked if our system was down. It is not down, but our system online has nothing to do with you being able to access your information. While the app is connected to our account system, and you may be using mSecure Cloud syncing, the data stored in the app is always available even if our system were down or your device might not connected to the internet. In the end, you can access your information online or offline.
