mSecure is a subscription-based app as of version 6 that was released back in March of this year. The only way a subscription is not required is if you purchased an mSecure 5 Pro license previous to March. I checked your account, and I didn't see a v5 Pro license, but if you think you purchased a license for v5, please let me know what email address you used.
