Unable to access Screen Recording

I use the app on my phone and an older MacBook but installed on a Mac Mini but received an error "unable to access Screen Recording" when trying to SCAN QR code. 


Any others having this issue? 

Hi Jason,

In order to use the QR code scanner in the Mac version of the app, you have to go to your Mac's Security Preferences and give mSecure permission to record your screen. It can't see anything on your screen until you grant it permission to do so.


Open your Mac's Preferences, then click "Security & Privacy." Click the "Privacy" tab, then click "Screen Recording" in the left column. Find mSecure in the right column, our add it using the + button at the bottom left of the right column, then click the checkbox to give it permission to record your screen.
