I'm not sure what's happening here, but you wouldn't have had to change your username and password when you signed up for the Premium subscription. Can you explain more in detail what happened? Also, and probably most important, are you able to open mSecure 6 on at least one device and see all of your information?
My wife and I have being using mSecure for many years and we completely share all our data on one account. I have just upgraded to mSecure 6 and paid for an annual subscription. As part of the process I changed our account name and password on my desktop iMac. I am having trouble now to upgrade two iPhones and a MacBook air. I thought I could figure this out but I think I need some help. Please!!
