Thank you for contacting us. Since this last week was the Thanksgiving Holiday in the US, we didn't work on Thursday and Friday. Since we don't work on the weekends, there are tickets that haven't been answered for the last 4 days.
I just checked our system, and I was able to find your purchase, but for some reason, the license wasn't applied to your account. I added the license manually, so you should now see that each app signed in to your "email@example.com" account has a Pro license within about a minute of opening the app.
