Got a new phone cannot login to my acct

Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. Do you still have access to your old phone by chance? If so, and if you are still able to unlock mSecure on that device,. it shouldn't be no problem to get everything working on your new phone.


If you don't have access to your old phone, can you tell me what email you are using when you try to sign in to your account in mSecure?
