Sync after upgrade to pro

Hi, I have had msecure5 for a couple of years. I just purchased the pro to take advantage of the ability to sync multiple devices. Can you help?

This should be no problem at all. The first thing to do is to make sure the license you purchased as was applied to your account. I checked your "[email protected]" mSecure account, and it is a paid account, so the first thing you'll need to do is get mSecure installed on all your devices and then sign in to your account. Have you downloaded mSecure onto each of your devices? If so, were you also able to sign in to your account in each mSecure app?
