Thank you for contacting us. I just checked the various email addresses you sent for an account, and the only mSecure 5 account I see is using your "nigelot@me.com" email. Also, that account does not have a license applied to it. Are you sure you purchased an mSecure 5 license specifically? It is a paid upgrade from the old mSecure license. If you did, did you use a different email address other than the emails you already wrote out in your post to make the purchase, and do you have a copy of the purchase confirmation that would have been sent after the purchase was made?
