Thank you for contacting us and I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing. Can you let me know what you mean when you say it gives you the check mark? What check mark? If Face Id unlock is not working for you in our app, I would recommend making sure it's enabled in the settings:
1. Open and unlock mSecure 5
2. Tap the menu icon
3. Tap Settings
4. Check to see that Touch ID/Face ID is enabled
If Face ID is enabled, disable the feature and close mSecure 5. Afterwards, open and unlock the app with your account password before going into the Settings again and enabling the feature. Note that if you manually lock the app, you'll have to tap the Touch ID/Face ID icon on the bottom right corner of our lock screen in order to initiate the feature and unlock the app via that feature.
