Touch ID Set-Up Missing

I purchased the Pro license this evening, but the Touch ID option is missing in the settings.


I believe it should be in the Security section as it is in my dad's iPhone.


Little help would be appreciated...

Hi Davin,

Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you are experiencing.  Touch ID/Face ID options will be available in the Settings of mSecure 5 if your device has the feature enabled and you are either in a trial period or have an mSecure Pro license. Our system shows that you have a license. Do you have the feature enabled on your device? Have you tried restarting your device perhaps?
