However, we generally respond within one business day unless you email us on Friday or Monday morning. Those generally take us between 2-3 business days. That said, I'd be happy to help you here instead if you'd prefer. However, I'll need an Order number to make finding your purchase information quicker. We do not have access to PayPal Transaction numbers so we will need to contact Paddle for the Order Number and(or) email associated with a PayPal transaction number instead. That can take a business day as well.
