Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing. mSecure 5 is the first and only version of mSecure to use an account system. You need to sign in to the same account using the same email and account password in mSecure 5 on all devices. The previous versions did not use an account system and all login passwords were device specific password. mSecure 5 will not sync with the previous versions. Please download mSecure 5 on all of your devices and sign in to the same mSecure account on each device.
how can you purchase msecure using paypal??
You can purchase mSecure 5 using Paypal through our website here: https://www.msecure.com/purchase-msecure. Please note that you need to create or sign in to an mSecure account in order to purchase an mSecure 5 license. Additionally, the purchase of an mSecure 5 license is tied to the mSecure account used to purchase the license with.
I submitted a "ticket" but thought I should check here if you would rather tickets used or discussions like it was in the last platform?
If you are wanting to discuss private information in a public forum, I am fine with doing so. Our last forum had a private messaging ability that our new system does not though so if you're wanting to discuss something more privately, please use our ticketing system instead. Tickets are just emails that go to our support reps. I answer some of those issues as well.
